This Team is for Ukrain people in Aalborg Kommune. There will bee open training for everyone from 0-100 years old. So it can bee the whole family or a group of girls/boys, women/men. The training is in a big atletic hall in Gigantium and there is different ways of training here. You do what you want to do. 

Coach: There is no coach, you train by your self.

Training: 

Friday: 18.00 - 20.30.

Saturday: 14.00 - 16.30.

Price: pr month 50 kr.

Children under 3 years old  are free.

( You can have one free training, before you dicide if you want to continue.)
